Abstract Submission & Registration
Call for Abstracts
You are invited to submit abstracts for poster presentation and you can apply for oral presentations. The abstract submission system will be available from early October, 2011 to February 29, 2012.
The scientific organizing committee will assign each abstracts to a certain session and also reserves the right to reject abstracts.
Guidlines for abstract submission:
Max. 2500 characters incl. blanks in total. Abstracts should be structured as follows: Introduction - Materials & Methods - Results - Discussion

Payment by credit card (Visa-, Master-, EC- (Maestro-) -card only):
After online-registration you will receive a fax form for credit card payment. For your security we do not ask for your credit card numbers via internet. All payments are to be made in EURO (€), free of charges for the beneficiary.
The Conference Office regrets that checks cannot be accepted.
Confirmation of Registration
Upon online-registration you will receive a confirmation via e-mail. Please bring proof of payment when you register directly at the conference.
Registration Cancellation Policy
Should you be unable to attend the conference, a substitute participant is welcome at no extra charge. Please notify the Conference Office of any such substitutions as soon as possible. In case a cancellation reaches us until May 1, 2012, we will charge 40 EURO cancellation fee. Afterwards the full registration fee will be charged. Cancellations must be in written form. Registrants are responsible for cancelling their own hotel reservations.
The organizers reserve the right to alter the program without prior announcement, if necessary. If an event is cancelled, the organizers are not responsible for airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants.
