Abstract Submission & Registration

Call for Abstracts

You are invited to submit abstracts for poster presentation and you can apply for oral presentations. The abstract submission system will be available from early December, 2014 to March 15, 2015.

Please note:
The scientific organizing committee will assign each abstracts to a certain session and also reserves the right to reject abstracts.

Guidelines for abstract submission:
Max. 2500 characters incl. blanks in total. Abstracts should be structured as follows: Introduction - Materials & Methods - Results - Discussion

Payment Modalities

Payment by bank transfer:
After online registration you will receive an invoice containing details for bank transfer.
Payment by credit card:
(Visa-, Master-Card only) can be performed directly after registration process.

Confirmation of Registration

Upon online-registration you will receive a confirmation via e-mail. Please bring proof of payment when you register directly at the conference.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Should you be unable to attend the conference, a substitute participant is welcome at no extra charge. Please notify the Conference Office of any such substitutions as soon as possible. In case a cancellation reaches us until May 15, 2015, we will charge 40 EURO cancellation fee. Afterwards the full registration fee will be charged. Cancellations must be in written form. Registrants are responsible for cancelling their own hotel reservations. The organizers reserve the right to alter the program without prior announcement, if necessary. If an event is cancelled, the organizers are not responsible for airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants.
