Abstracts
You are invited to submit abstracts for poster presentation and you can apply for oral presentations. Accepted abstracts will be published in the journal Cytotherapy.
Note: The scientific organizing committee will assign each abstracts to a certain session and also reserves the right to reject abstracts.

Abstract Deadline
Submission of abstracts for poster and oral presentations must be made by Feb. 26, 2006.
You will be notified at the latest by March 12, 2006 whether your abstract has been accepted.

After online-registration you will receive a fax form for credit card payment.
For your security we do not ask for your credit card numbers via internet.
All payments are to be made in EURO (€), free of charges for the beneficiary.

Confirmation of Registration
Upon online-registration you will receive a confirmation via e-mail. Please bring proof of payment when you register directly at the conference.

Cancellation Policy
Should you be unable to attend the conference, a substitute participant is welcome at no extra charge. Please notify the Conference Office of any such substitutions as soon as possible. In case a cancellation reaches us until May 10, 2006, we will charge 20 € cancellation fee. Afterwards the full registration fee will be charged. Cancellations must be in written form. Registrants are responsible for cancelling their own hotel reservations.

The organizers reserve the right to alter the program without prior announcement, if necessary. If an event is cancelled, the organizers are not responsible for airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants.
