Oral Presentation
Please note that due to
the tight schedule oral presenters have to stick to the time limit
of 10 min plus 2 min for discussion.
Presentations will only be
accepted as PowerPoint presentations on CD-ROM or USB
memory sticks.
You are requested to bring
your presentation to the speaker's ready room at least 4 h
prior to your session. Should you require special plug ins
for presentation (video etc.)
make sure they are supplied on your CD.
Poster
Presentation
Posters have to be in portrait format (Hochformat) and 33.11 inches in width and
46.81 inches in height (DIN AO: 84.1 X 118.9 cm).
Poster set up: Wednesday, May 31, 08:00 - 10:00 am; adhesive material will be provided.
Posters will stay during the whole conference.
Poster presentation will take place during the Wine and Cheese Party on Wednesday, May 31, starting 7:00
- even numbers 7.00 - 8.00 pm
- odd numbers 8.00 - 9.00 pm

Travel Information
Passport and
Visa
Holders of a passport from countries in Western Europe, USA, Canada,
Australia and
Japan require no visa to enter Germany. Other nationalities may wish to
contact the
German Embassy in their country or a travel agency for information.

How to reach
Würzburg
Würzburg can be conveniently reached by train (the train station is a hub for
high-speed
ICE trains in the north/south as well as the east/west direction), also
from the airports of
Frankfurt
(1.5 hrs by train directly from the airport to Würzburg) and Nuremberg
(1.5 hrs, first by subway to Nuremberg main station and then by train
to Würzburg).
If you want to take the car beware of the notoriously
congested Autobahn A3.

Parking
facilities
are available around the Congress Center (expensive). If you come for
the day and don't
mind a 10 min walk we recommend the "Talavera-Wiese" as a free
parking-lot.
Banks
Various Banks and Savings Banks as well as EC-cashpoints are located
within 5 min
walking distance from the Congress Center.

The plenary lectures will take place in the Franconia Hall of the
Congress Center.
